NS?

HAHAHAH my brother just got his notification for Exit Permit! I am rofl-ing.
Now he cannot stay out of the country for three months or more w/o permission from govmnt. HAH.

Time flies huh, in about 5 years I'd be in uni (or graduating from it) and he'd be in NS and my parents would get all the Alone Time they've pined for the past 16 years or so.
